Es de ignorantes decir o pensar que los daba el Sr. Permuy, que era un Director interino de la URSEC (Unidad Reguladora de Comunicaciones.- Este juicio es uno de los tantos que se iniciaron en su momento, cuando se adjudicaron los permisos para operar la TV cable, porque justamente los mayores beneficiados con los otrogamientos del PODER EJECUTIVO de ese entonces de permisos, fueron los operadores de TV abierta de siempre,y sino basta con ver quien ha explotado los permisos para TV abierta y TV por cable hasta ahora. Los permisos para TV cables, radios, etc. los daba y los da el PODER EJECUTVO. A ESTE SENOR ASESINO Y PROFUGO SE LE QUITO Y SE HIZO Y SE HACE RUIDO ........ Y TODOS LOS QUE NO Y SIGUEN TAPADOS Y VOCIFERANDO CONTRA EL GOBIERNO DEL FRENTE COMO EN MELO HAY QUE ESCUCHARLOS PARA SABER QUIENES SON VERGONSOZO.
